Schumer Wants Drug Admission As Defacto Ban On Owning Firearms

Schumer: Ban guns for drug-test flunkies

If someone admits to a federal official that he or she has used illegal drugs, that information should be sent to the FBI so that person can be disqualified from purchasing a gun, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) said today. Noting that Jared Lee...

Know what Shoomy? That'd disqualify half the cops currently pinning on a badge, ya dimwit.

So... under his rules... If you're prohibited from owning a firearm, would it also disqualify you to hold public office, like, I don't know, the Presidency? I do believe the current one admitted to drug use in his book(s).

Seems only fair, don't you think?

Fired off an email to Senator Schumer's office asking just that.
