NATO Preparing to Deliver Katrina Aid
It'd be hilarious were it not in relation to something so tragic. They won't send the cots and tents they've offered because they checked Fed-Ex International rates and fuggedaboutit, so NATO has to step in, and since WE pay for most of NATO, it'll probably cost a lot less to simply tell them thanks, but no thanks, we'll shop at home.
