Wanted to post this over at Hog on Ice, but the comment section kept crashing so I'll do it here. Stephen was kvetching about his name being pronounced Steffen by a MSM techie, and it's bad, and messing up "Bob" takes some doing, but since all of the world's tech service is routed thru India this is what you get:
