Senator Dewine

Senator Dewine is in the batters box and asking about appointments to the FSIA court. He is concerned about the lack of oversight of the Super-Dee-Duper-Secret Court. Roberts volunteers that the "departures on the normal model" in that Court put "a premium on the individuals involved" when it comes to the appointees, and that he'll be sure to appoint only really really good spy-dudes.

Is pornography protected under the First Amendment? Roberts answers, sometimes yes, sometimes no, he glances over to Ted Kennedy's chair to notice that the Senator is deeply engrossed with something that appears to have a bunny on the cover, but leaves it at that.
