Exercise...


I can't stress this enough. As long as you remain limber and in reasonably good condition, you will live as long as your genetic propensity permits. Barring that chance meeting with a runaway schoolbus, of course.

And the key to any good exercise session is to first become as limber as you can. Stretch...breathe...feel the blood flowing.

The blood IS flowing? Isn't it?
