EU to Investigate Allegations of CIA Jails

The EU SHOULD investigate. Maybe they'd see how it was done and learn something. The Washington Post publishes a story about a secret...not any more, obviously...CIA detention facility, and where are the Democrats screaming for a special prosecutor to investigate?
