Since I've seemingly forever been a Franken-holster maker, I've been thinking of getting a hold of some kydex and a how-to manual or two, and having a go at putting together a real from scratch rig.
Knifekits has kydex sheets and rivets and instruction material such as those pictured here, and if I don't simply forget about it and move on to the next gotta-do project it might be fun.
