Barack Obama: Fugitive And Potential Two-Time-Loser

“I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

Spoken on January 20th, 2009 by Barack Hussein Obama. Who has been in contempt of court, as per the ruling of Federal Judge Martin Feldman, for failing to reopen the Gulf of Mexico to drilling. Who, it would appear, is readying himself to be charged with a second such offense for failing to cease and desist his efforts in establishing ObamaCare, as per the order of Federal Judge Roger Vinson.

Doesn't really matter how the second offense plays out, because the fact remains that the President of the United States of America has been and remains a fugitive from justice.
