"Kinetic military action." Is how president Barrack Hussein Obama describes our attack on Libya. 

Problem with that, is the fact that as commander-in-chief, the president can and often does circumnavigate and even create laws in times of duress. So then...

A rapist can redefine himself as a Kinetic Boyfriend.

A murderer can seek shelter under the guise of a Kinetic Retroactive Abortionist.

A car thief can hang a shingle describing himself as a Kinetic Auto Dealership.

And of course a man who breaks the law and deconstructs the Constitution can call himself a Kinetic President.

This guy would be funny if he wasn't so downright stupid.
