Just How Old Does An Unborn Have To Be To Feel Pain...

Report Finds Fetuses Feel Pain Later Than Thought - New York Times

"Taking on one of the most highly charged questions in the abortion debate, a team of doctors has concluded that fetuses probably cannot feel pain in the first six months of gestation and therefore do not need anesthesia during abortions."

Whew. That makes Me feel lots better. Babies MIGHT NOT be screaming in agony as they're vacuumed away. Let's continue with the bullsh, strike that, latest findings.

"The finding poses a direct challenge to proposed federal and state laws that would compel doctors to tell women having abortions at 20 weeks or later that their fetuses can feel pain and to offer them anesthesia specifically for the fetus.
About 1.3 million abortions a year are performed in the United States, 1.4 percent of them at 21 weeks or later."

The 1.3 million alone are enough to make anyone remotely resembling a human being gag, but remember...this is the uber-liberal NY Times, and 1.4% is their way of hiding the full impact of 18,200 babies a YEAR killed after 21 weeks gestation.

Any wonder why the population is aging? That's an easy one; we kill 26 million babies each generation. But not to fear, they really don't feel anything, and hey, the loonie left needs all of medical science paying lots more attention to THEM and their never-ending quest to live forever. Millions of embryonic stem cells just flushed away when they could be making aging movie stars and billionaires young again. What a waste, huh.
