Eight percent of US kids have ADHD, survey finds
Everything is a disease, or a syndrome, or a condition. No such thing anymore as bored kids in overcrowded classrooms just zoning out like WE DID TOO.
The remedy was far harsher than is permissable today, and who knows if that's not half the problem.
