Begging the WSJ's pardon, but what America are you familiar with? Haven't we seen the exact same thing whenever the electricity goes out for whatever reason? What's that? Never been in the wrong neighborhood of a big city when the power goes kaput? Such a sheltered life, no wonder you're newspaper people
