The hue and cry to ban screwdrivers would be overwhelming.OCALA, Fla. -- "A man was arrested Sunday night after forcing his way into a home and stabbing the homeowner in the head with a screwdriver, according to an Ocala police report.
Carl Richard Kaszas, 28, knocked on the victim's door and barged his way in before stabbing the victim in the upper arm, police said.
A struggle ensued and Kaszas then stabbed the man in the back and the head, according to the report. The victim's wife attempted to intervene, but police said she was warded off by Kaszas, who grabbed a wallet, chain and ring before running off.
Kaszas was tracked by the Marion County Sheriff's Office Air Unit and a K-9 unit, who located the suspect's hat before leading police to some a nearby wooded area. After a brief encounter with the dog, police said Kaszas was taken into custody and identified by one of the victims."
